The 30-Day Calmer-Dog Guarantee

Try your Snufflo Snuffle Mat for a full month. If your dog doesn't take to it, or you don't notice calmer evenings, email us at support@snufflo.com and we'll refund you in full. No interrogation, no hoops.

How it works

• Window: 30 days from the day your order is delivered.
• Defective items: keep it. We don't ask for the mat back.
• Non-defective returns: full refund, customer pays return postage.
• Refunds land back on the original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval.

Email support@snufflo.com with your order number and a sentence about how it's going. We reply within one working day.
